Welcome to Doofer! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, tools, and services available at doofer.io (the “Service”). By registering, accessing, or using Doofer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by Oleksandr Babita, registered as a sole proprietor (FOP, third group) in Ukraine.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Doofer. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Free, Trial, and Paid Plans

Doofer offers a freemium model with limited functionality, alongside a free trial of premium features. Full access to certain features is available via subscription plans.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all purchases made via Paddle, our payment provider.

If you’re not satisfied with your Doofer.io subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at alex.babita@doofer.io with your purchase details.

Refunds requested after 14 days from the date of purchase may not be eligible unless required by law.

All refunds are processed via Paddle and will be returned using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider Paddle. Prices, subscription terms, and renewal conditions are shown on the website and may change at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. User-Generated Content

By uploading content (e.g., project data, estimates, recordings), you confirm that:

8. Availability & Support

While we strive to maintain 24/7 uptime, the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or unforeseen issues. No formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is currently provided.

Support is available via email and chat, with a typical response time of under 2 hours during business days.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect user data such as names, emails, and usage activity to operate Doofer effectively. Some data may be shared with third-party tools such as Paddle (for payments) or analytics providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, and code available on Doofer are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
